Although it’s only been out for a day,Deathloopis already claiming a top spot in many gaming enthusiasts' Game of the Year lists. This is for good reason, too, as the title is full of action, intrigue, puzzle-solving, and so much more. So far, it’s been very well reviewed by critics, with many citing it as one of the best games on the PlayStation 5. While that certainly is high praise, it seems like that title is given to a lot ofthe PS5 exclusivesthat have launched on the platform.

Returnal,Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart,Final Fantasy 7 Remake: Intergrade, and so many others have been lauded as the “best game on the PS5” which, while speaking to the quality of each title, doesn’t do much to help PlayStation fans who are trying to narrow down their list of games to try. Luckily, Metacritic is able to easily sort through how well certain games perform on each platform, giving very detailed lists of how the games have reviewed on specific platforms. WhileHadesrecently took the top spot for PS5 games,Deathloopisn’t far behind and is able to hold its own against the list of other PS5 exclusive titles that have been released so far.
