While Hello Games has made a name for itself with thespace exploring survival gameNo Man’s Sky, the studio announced a smaller-scale game calledThe Last Campfireat The Game Awards 2018. A trailer for the game debuted at the 2020 PC Gaming Show today, and though not much more about its mechanics were shown in the minute-long video, it was revealed thatThe Last Campfirewill be releasing exclusively on the Epic Games Store for PC.
It was announced the game would be coming to Nintendo Switch alongside PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One during aNintendo Indie Showcase in March, but at the time there was no indication that an Epic Games exclusivity deal was in the works. The game is a puzzle adventure title that follows a lost ember trying to find its way home and bringing life to other lost souls along the way.
