Texas Chain Saw Massacreis a Killers versus Victims asymmetrical game inspired by the 1970s film of the same name. Players can take each other on as a member of the Family or one of the Victims across three maps. As a Victim, the main objective is to escape the Basement and leave the property.
Of course, escaping is easier said than done, as three Family members are hunting them down. Victims can stun the Family, but for the most part, they must take a stealthy route and avoid their attacks. How to Heal in Texas Chain Saw Massacre
All Victims start the game with base stats that cover their speed, endurance, strength, and stealth levels. The damage players can take depends onthe Victim they chooseand the skills they equip.
Ideally, Victims will remain undetected by the Family, but if they are seen and can’t run or hide, they mayget stabbed or sawed. There are also things like fall damage and traps that could cause damage to account for.
Victims will be tied up when the match starts and must break free. This act will injure them, so healing to avoid blood trails and low stamina is the priority. There arefour Victims in a match; usually, two will spawn in the same room. Players can heal each other by approaching and interacting until the meter is full.
Victims must stand still while healing, so latch the first room’s door to deter Leatherface.
Players can also heal themselves if they don’t have a teammate nearby to assist them. All Victims start with two inventory slots, which can hold Bone Scraps, Unlock Tools, and Health Bottles.
Health Bottles are scattered around the map, on tables, inside containers, and on shelves. They are small bottles labeled with a plus sign on them. After grabbing one, it will automatically be added to the inventory and can be accessed anytime by pressing Q on PC or Y on console.
Keeping at leastone Health Bottle at all timesis a good idea if players can pick locks quickly and get more Unlock Tools. Victims will be able to keep track of their health using the heart symbol. It will progressively drain color as players take more and more damage.
