The Lightning Berserker may be the most underrated specialization inSuperfuse. Traditional Berserker players might not play it because it’s more of a caster. Gamers who want to play as a spellcaster will likely play as an Elementalist. Yet, for those daring enough to make this choice, the Lightning Berserker can be the best caster in the game.

Even at the hardest difficulties, the Lightning Berserker has many different functional builds that are fun to play and effective against opponents. When designing a build, players have to decide whether to invest in their early skills and make them stronger orget new skillsthat are stronger but give up on many passive benefits. In the case of the Lightning Berserker, it’s one of the few times when a skill is so good at the end of the talent chain that it’s worth skipping a few passives.

While there aremany great talents for the Lightning Berserker, the strength of Thunder and Quickening are too strong to ignore. Thunder is a powerful move that grants a brief window of invincibility, then moves somewhere in sight range and plummets down, killing all but the most powerful bosses underneath.

Reduce the energy cost of your skill.
It should be noted that Lucky Looter and Additional Credits are greatnew fuses to pick up, but once players have all the gear they need, these are the best fuses for actual combat. Also, beware of fuses like Pierce and Ricochet which have nice effects but decrease the skill’s damage.

Unsurprisingly, since players have sacrificed so much to pick up Thunder, that merits a full investment into the skill. It will take some time tofind these new fuses, but it’s worth the investment. Completely eliminate the cooldown with ten Cooldown Reduction Fuses. After that, it’s really just about getting the skill cheap enough to spam incessantly.
In conjunction with the gear, leveled-up players may find that both the cooldown and energy cost of Thunder get reduced to zero. When this happens, shift focus to increasing the skill’s damage. The Stun fuse can also be picked up so that enemies that survive the landing can’t react before the Lightning Berserker flies back up into the air.

All players will be trying toget better gearwhen they first get to the max level. To that end, Luck moves up to an S-Tier attribute. Once geared, however, it moves down to F-Tier and becomes irrelevant. It’s important to note this change as the value will change at different stages of the endgame.
This is one ofthe best specializations in the gameafter it is equipped up. With cooldown time taken care of on the fuses and the Quickening talent, players can focus solely on making Thunder hit hard and giving the Berserker the necessary energy to cast it frequently. If gear provides cooldown reduction, feel free to replace an earlier Cooldown Reduction fuse with an Energy Cost Reduction fuse, so long as the cooldown for Thunder stays at zero.
With a 100% uptime on Thunder, players will spend the vast majority of their time immune. Tanking becomes unnecessary except for shrugging off the blows from creatures who survive the Thunder hit. Having just enough Health Regeneration to heal these hits while in the air should be easy to get.
