The city of Neon is one of the most interesting places for players to spend their time inStarfield. In addition to hosting a range of powerful corporate entities like theRyujin Industries faction, players can also experience the criminal underworld and the varying degrees of corruption present within the city through a range of interesting missions. From gang wars to corporate espionage, drug smuggling to mercantile rackets, Neon has a lot going on. There areplenty of ways to become immersed in its bright and busy streets.
After landing on Neon, players will encounter a man named Neshar Omani at the security checkpoint being apprehended by guards for trying to smuggle Aurora. While this may just seem like a mood-setter for the city of Neon, players can follow up on this story by heading to the Neon Security HQ in Bayu Plaza. Neshar is in a holding cell in the security building, and will call out for help when the player walks past.

Finding The Package
Upon speaking with Neshar, he will inform the player that he has an important delivery to make to Yannick Legrande. Without specifying any more details, he will attempt to convince the player to help him. If they accept, he will provide the location for a special package, which isconcealed in a sleep cratein the Ebbside district of town.
The crate is located inBlock 2,and Neshar will provide a password to be given to the Sleepcrate Manager. Players can take the elevator down to Ebbside where they will speak with the Sleepcrate Manager, a woman named Izna Sundararaman. Here, they can provide the access key code and gain access to the crate. The crate number isC-153,and it can be found fairly easily by turning around and heading to the opposite side of the sleepcrate building.
Izna will alsotry to convince playersto take a gamble on purchasing crate C-203, located directly to the right of C-153. The crate costs 1000 credits, but it is not a compulsory purchase. Despite claiming that the crate may contain Miguel Raphael’s “Bailamos” painting, the crate only contains a few hundred credits, not enough to make up the cost.
Delivery To Yannick
Having picked up the package from crate C-153, players will need to deliver it to Yannick Legrande. He can be found behind the desk in his liquor store"Legrande Liquors,“located next to the Ryujin Apartments building in the Ikuchi Market district of town.
Upon speaking to Yannick and delivering the package, he will talk about his secret beverage “Blend.” Players can purchase Blend and take it anywhere since, unlike Aurora, this narcotic is disguised andnot easily detected by authorities. The drink can be bought from Yannick exclusively, and much like Aurora, will slow time by 20% for 10 seconds. Additionally, the beverage will grant +75 Damage Resistance for 3 minutes, with a penalty of -20% O2 Recovery for 3 minutes.
While talking to Yannick, he will offer them a new task. This leads to the mission “Fishy Business,” in which players must work as aXenofresh factory workerbefore smuggling the Aurora from the processing facility back to Yannick.
