Saints Row 2022offers playerstons of different options for customization. Whether it be in terms of their character, weapon/car design, or even play style,Saints Row 2022allows players to pick and choose the way they want to take over Santo Ileso.
One of the more important ways players can customize is through their skill tree, which allows them to take up to four different skills to use in combat to help out.All skills in Saints Row costflow, which is generated through player combat with enemies. Some of these skills are fantastic tools that any player should have in their arsenal. Others are a tad more mediocre and are best to be skipped over. That being said, here are the best skills that players can grab inSaints Row 2022.

Pineapple Express
Pineapple Express is the first skill players will unlock inSaints Row. It is by far one of the best skills, especially in the early game. Pineapple Express has the playergrab an enemy, shove a live grenade into their pocket, and throw them forward.
Not only is this skill hilarious to watch, as someone gets tossed with a grenade down their pants, but it’s fantastic for taking out multiple enemies at once. The grenade itself does a high amount of damage, meaning it will likely one-shot the enemy the player has thrown. But skilled players can basically use the enemy as a bowling bowl and toss it into others. The explosion radius and damage are large enough to also take down enemies nearby the thrown one, making this skill particularly lethal.

Tough Mother
Tough Mother is rather useful for its cost. For the cost ofonly one flow, players gain atemporary health boost. It also prevents the player from being staggered, which can be absolutely brutal to their health bar.
While a temporary health boost doesn’t seem like much, it can really get players out of a tough situation. The skill can be activated at any time as long as players have the flow, so it’s useful when players find themselves low on health and need to retreat and gain more health.

Flaming Punch
Flaming Punch is a very useful skill in niche situations. It allows players to wind up ahuge fiery punch that knocks enemies back.As this skill only hits one enemy, it’s not particularly useful for big groups of enemies, but it’s great against tankier enemies who normally don’t suffer staggers.
This skill can help players by knocking the tank down so that they can fire freely onto them. Alongside that, it’s a cheap skill as itonly requires one flow, which frees up space for players to follow up with other skills.

Overscope
Overscope is a skill for much more measured players. It allows them topull out a sniper to take out enemies from afar. While a sniper rifle doesn’t seem to do much, headshots with this weapon will cause explosions to happen at that location.
This can be great for players who prefer to scope out an area before going in guns blazing, and the explosions can cause serious collateral damage before the enemies can even see them. That being said, players will need to have some flow beforehand as the skillrequires two flow to activate.

D4th Blossom
D4th Blossom is probably the best combat skill players can grab inSaints Row 2022. It makes the playerspin around, firing SMGs at every enemy nearby.
This skill is unlocked at level 19 and is rightfully powerful. D4th Blossom is easily one of the best crowd control skills in Saints Row, and can basically let players demolish enemies at the press of a button. At thecost of three flow, it’s a pretty expensive skill, but it’s value definitely warrants the expensive price tag. Alongside that, the skill just looks incredibly cool with the player doing backflips and spinning around, decimating all that stand in their path.
Saints Rowis available now for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.
