Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle Ris the latest game based on the popular manga series by Hirohiko Araki, a remaster of the PS3 original. A lot of changes have been made in the remaster, most notably the voice cast and color palettes now matching their modern anime counterparts. This can be seen with characters likeGiorno Giovannawho originally had a blue outfit in the original now having a pink one, like in the anime.
The roster ofAll Star Battle Rboasts over 50 characters, including the original 41 characters who were a part of the base game, and the nine characters who were added as DLC later on. This DLC included fan favorite characters such as Old Joseph Joestar, Lisa Lisa, Iggy, and Pannacotta Fugo. There will also be a number of new characters that will be coming to the game as well, such as the ever dependable Speedwagon. Bandai Namco Entertainment showed off a number of other character trailers that will be returning to the game, such as the iconic Joseph Joestar and villainous Yoshikage Kira.

Joseph Joestar is arguably one of the most popular members of the Joestar bloodline, with his trickster nature and unconventional tactics. His outfit has been changed to reflect his anime colors, with the greens a lot more subdued incomparison to the originalAll Star Battle. Joseph retains his incredibly diverse moveset, combining his Hamon Breathing techniques with weapons such as a Tommy Gun and Clacker Volley.
Yoshikage Kira also has a trailer, where inJojo’s Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle’s initial release he was a DLC character, while his guise as Kosaku Kawajiri was in the base game. With this version of Kira being based on his early appearances, his abilities utilize Killer Queen’s basic bomb making abilities. This includes tossing coins that can explode, or using his bomb hand Sheer Heart Attack to track down an enemy. Kira’s outfit and voice actor has also been changed to be more representative of the anime, going from Rikiya Koyama to Toshiyuki Morikawa.
Anothercharacter reveal trailer forAll Star Battle Rfocused on another antagonist, this one being from Part 7: Steel Ball Run. Diego Brando, an alternate version of Dio Brando, is a completely new character who wasn’t in the originalJJBA ASB. He fights atop his horse, while his stand can transform him into a dinosaur. He can transform freely between his human and dino forms, each with their own movesets, with swipes being his primary form of attacking.
