A newGenshin Impactleak has revealed more information about an event weapon that players will be able to acquire for free in the upcoming version 3.7. Even though characters and weapons are the game’s main source of revenue, developer HoYoverse sometimes gives these away for free as part of event-exclusive quests.
Genshin Impactupdate 3.5 offered players a new four-star claymore named Mailed Flower that was obtainable by completing the Floral Pursuit quest during the Windblume’s Breath event. According to recent rumors, the game will continue a similar pattern in the next update.

A recent post on theGenshin ImpactLeaks subreddit has revealed more information about a new bow that will be given for free during one of the upcoming events forGenshin Impactupdate 3.7. The leak claims that the four-star weapon will be a bow named Ibis Piercer, and it will be rewarded to players who complete the update’s main quest which will feature a lot of popular characters like Wanderer, Dehya, and Tighnari. According to the post, the new bow Ibis Piercer will have the following stats:
This weapon will be great for the game’sfirst Dendro bow user Tighnari, whose whole kit revolves around using Charged Attack. His damage scales with Elemental Mastery which means that the stats provided by the passive effect will come in handy. Players who want to add Tighnari to their roster will have to try their luck on the Standard Banner, or they can just wait to lose a 50/50 on the limited banner.
The fact that Dehya recently joined the pool of Standard Banner characters means that players now have a 14% chance of getting a specific character. SomeGenshin Impactfans proposed an interesting conceptthat could improve the state of this less popular banner.
The idea would include implementing a new system similar to the Epitomized Path mechanic which is currently present on the Weapon Banner. Players won’t be able to use this weapon on the new 3.7 character Kirara sincerecentGenshin Impactleaksconfirmed that she will be a new sword character. This will make her the second Dendro sword user after Alhaitham.
Genshin Impactis now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
