Dragon Age: Inquisitionis an amazing RPG by BioWare that is the third installment of theDragon Agefranchise. The game follows the story of the Inquisition as they attempt to save the world from the mysterious tear that appeared in the sky.
During the game, players are able torecruit countless companions, agents, and other NPCs. Additionally, some of these NPCs can be romanced. Here’s everything players need to know about Harding and her romance.

Who Is Scout Harding In Dragon Age: Inquisition?
Scout Lace Harding is a female Dwarf Rogue. She is the Lead Scout for the Inquisition, meaning she is important but a minor character within the game. She is also an announced companion forDragon Age: The Veilguard, which is the fourth installment of the franchise. She is usually found either at the start of a new area in the game or near the tavern in Skyhold. Her main job is to scout areas and ensure that everything is under control. She will join the Inquisition during certain quests (like when they travel to the Temple of Sacred Ashes or to the Frostback Basin) but will usually stay out of the way of the main character throughout the game.
Scout Harding is automatically part of the Inquisition. Office Charter recruited her after she volunteered to help the Inquisition when they first arrived in the area. Players won’t need to recruit her, they will just need to meet her in Skyhold.

How To Romance Scout Harding In Dragon Age: Inquisition
Lace Harding is one of the most requested romance options in the game. While the base game doesn’t officially let players romance her, the Trespasser DLC does, making a lot of fans happy. For players wanting to romance her, theycannotromance any other character during the game. Instead, they will want to talk to her as often as they can, always exhausting any dialogue options. When options show up that have a heart beside them, they will be flirty options, allowing the player to slowly flirt with Harding.
Eventually, Harding will suggest that she likes the player, and then the romance ends in the base game. However, during the DLC, a cutscene does seem to confirm the relationship with Harding. Vivienne will tell the player, “I hope you finally took that adorable scout somewhere nice,” to which they can tell her they did. This will continue the conversation, and Vivienne will eventually tell them not to toy with Harding. This seems to confirm the fact that players are in a relationship with Harding, though they may have to wait and see if the next game adds anything to the romance.
