The developer revealed their username after accidentally typing Alt+Tab on their computer. This mistake caused the developer to quickly receive dozens of unwanted friend requests. In an instant, over 45 different Steam friend requests were shown as notifications during the stream.
This innocent mistake led to an unbelievable amount of toxicity and vulgarity. The developer received friend requests from accounts featuring offensive names, like “KILL YOURSELF” and “Bungie Rape Victim.” The incident lasted approximately eight minutes during the Twitch livestream.
