InArmored Core 6, the game hands players a plethora of amazing and powerful weapons that their ACs can use in combat. Almost all of these armaments are different variations of guns and other ranged weapons. For players that prefer getting up close and personal, there are melee weapons available that can bring the pain to any target they manage to hit.

Enter the AA-J-123 Basho. These Arm Parts are designed to maximize thepotential of melee weaponsan AC wields on the battlefield. Its Firearm Specialization stats are the highest at 158 and really come in handy once melee players are within striking range of their opponents.
Defensively, the Basho also sports decent AP, Kinetic, and Explosive Defense. These are essential since melee ACs tend to rush in as quickly as possible to avoid getting hit with whatever weapon their enemies are packing.

For players that prefer a more ranged weapon approach when sortieing through missions or PVP, the Nachtreiher/46E is a great Arms Part for their ACs. At a whopping 160, it boasts thehighest Firearm Specializationin the game. Equipping this greatly enhances an AC’s damage potential with any firearm.

It also has decent defensive stats, with almost an even 200 across damage-type defenses. However, it does get knocked down on the AP, Recoil Control, and Melee Specialization. In most cases, this Arm Part is an excellent option for lightweight ACs, but it struggles for mechs that run Energy Weapons due to itsrelatively high EN Load.

All Frame Parts grant an AC its respective AP and defensive stats. For players whovalue how much damagetheir AC can sustain during battles, they should look no further than the DF-AR-09 Tian Lao. These Arm Parts have the highest defensive stats as far as Arm Parts are concerned, on top of a decent EN Load. The Tian Lao also minimizes the recoil of various grenade launchers and bazookas that players might want to use, for more stability and recovery after firing.
However, with so many defensive stats the Tian Lao has, it also has some noticeable flaws. Mainly, it’s the heaviest Arm Parts in the game. This makes any AC running these to be significantly slower than their enemies. It also has somewhat okay Firearm Specialization, but subpar Melee Specialization stats. ACs with the Tian Lao certainly will forego mobility for durability.

The Frame Parts that the Arquebus Corp design are often the balanced ones in terms of how evenly spread out its stats are compared to the other Parts. This design philosophy of theirs can be seen in the VP-46D. It has good overall defensive stats, with a slight inclination to Energy Defense. This, on top of a great EN Load of 248 makes up for its meandering AP stat.

In terms of weapon specialization, the VP-46D offers great Firearm and Melee Specialization stats. Players who run a mix of melee and conventional firearms can equip this Arm Part and see great performance for their ACs. That said, to maximize this Arm Parts’ specializations, players might need tobuild a close to mid-rangeAC and have a good rotation of their mid-range weapons and melee attacks on point.

Arquebus Corps have a distinct look to their Frame Parts. Usually, they have a sleek design that connotes that advanced technologies were responsible for such metal crafting. In the case of the VE-46A, this notion is seen in its stellar defensive stat line. It boasts amazing defensive stats that are all above 200, as well as a respectable 2660 AP. These make for an excellent defensive option for players who want to have good defensive stats while also donning the Arquebus Corp look for their ACs.
While it also can support heavy weaponry, the VE-46A’s weapons specializations leave a lot to be desired. Both Firearm and Melee Specializations are just below 100, and the arms are also on the heavier side of things. These equate to more robust ACs that aren’t as mobile but can soak up damage during skirmishes.

One of ALLMIND’s Frame Parts that can be available to players during their first playthrough, the 04-101 Mind Alpha is an excellent Arm Partonce it gets unlocked. It sports amazing defensive stats that do not drop below 200 to go with great AP numbers. Mind Alpha also has a good Arms Load Limit which provides plenty of weapon choices for players running this on their ACs.
Capping it off, its Firearm Specialization is a respectable 103, which adds to the potency of an AC’s firepower. On top of that, from the design perspective, Mind Alpha looks like the closest thing to a cyborg arm in the game. Its accents make it resemble the muscles of a human’s arm, under the right paint job.
Armored Core 6is currently available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
